Shipping & Return policy

SHIPPING:

Shipping is always FREE!  It's our way to thank you for supporting us.  Orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt.  Standard shipping is typically 5-7 days depending on location.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return on everyday items within 30 days of purchase and seasonal items within 2 days of purchase.  We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition with original tags, packaging and other components included.  Returned items must not be used, washed, worn or altered.  Discounted items are considered FINAL SALES and are not eligible for return.  Return shipping cost will be at the expense of the consumer.  Returns are refunded in the method of original payment once Hook and Pantry receives the returned product.

**If item delivered is incorrect due to the fault of Hook & Pantry, please email amie@hookandpantry.com and we will provide you a return label.  Customer must pay for the return in all other circumstances.

*We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.  Please remember to insure and utilize delivery confirmation on your package.
